I have been thinking about how I can progress and get a promotion. This has been on my mind for a while now. I turned to an old entry on 9-17-12 which was before I worked. It stated, Going the extra mile is the only thing that gives the person a right to as for a promotion or extra pay. I guess the Universe is saying to do my work the best I can.That past entry was very relevant and I need that. I pray for a peace of mind and heart. I ask my angels, spirits, and guides to continue to watch over me. I am thankful for everything that I have. I ask my angels, spirits,and guides to shield me with protection even in adversity. I am thankful for my Universe. And so it is. I will get a promotion at Red Cross in Philly, this year 2013. And so it is!

Mr Hill
Its 2013. Man time flew! I have been so busy and neglected my blog. I am going to make an effort to post on my blog now because I have more time (no working every single day anymore yay!). I tend to look back on old journal entries in my written journals and reflect. Sometimes I get answers to questions that I am wondering about at the current moment. Sometimes I get a better understanding of why a situation happened the way it did. Sometimes I look back on what I wrote and see what manifested because of the dream of what I wanted. My written word is proof that what I want I can get if I believe. Lastly I see growth when I read past posts. I understand that it is not good to dwell on the past too much, but its great to reflect and carry on growth.
This journal entry that I am going to share is from September 5th 2012. When I turned to the page, I was surprised because I was thinking about how I haven't been listening to Napoleon Hill's recordings. If you haven't heard any of them I highly encourage you to. It has changed my life!

Definite purpose->Plan->Action
We all must have a definite purpose, with a plan (not important that it is sound)in order for action to occur.
All individual success is result of motives.
Ability to plant motives to mind (sales move)
Repetition of thought and emotion (with burning desire)= subconscious pickup idea and habit form-mid automatically pick up on idea.
Make sure you back up the thought with feeling (desire)=Have Faith
Subconscious does not know difference between negative and positive.
-Write purpose,memorize it, say it day in and day out. Does not happen overnight.
Emotionalize your plan and spirit of faith=can be acted on immediate result.
State of mind of faith can allow immediate result.
Faith with action, deeds, and emotion (positive belief).
Just accept and use what is given to you. Mind is no different.
Power of though is only thing that human has complete control
Universal intelligence=Using mind to permeate into action.
Subconscious section of mind appears to be doorway of infinite intelligence.
-Capable of influence by human faith base definiteness of purpose.
Confidence to use the mind and using the mind to crate what you want to question.
-Once you have done that you will never question yourself.
Must make a sale to yourself before you make a sale with others.
Train mind to pickup positive. Keep your mind on what you want. That will cause your mind to pick up only positive vibration. (Repetition, thought, action)
Prerequisite of Benefits Definiteness of Purpose.
1. Self Reliance
2. Personal Initiative
3. Imagination
4. Enthusiasm
5. Self Discipline
6. Concentration of Effort
Discard of plan that does not work
Have an open mind-Ask of Guidance-Believe that you will get it
Condition your life to where your mind is a prayer.
Embrace or make opportunities.
Inspires confidence and Integrity and Character-Definite of Purpose
Open the gateway of faith
-Making mind positive. Freeing mind of doubt, fear, procrastination, discouragement,
and indecision.
Move with courage, faith, and determination.
Success conscious, health conscious. I can do it!!!!
You can get it even if you don't know where to make the first start.
Greatness is the ability to recognize the power of your mind and to embrace it and use it.
Write your purpose down and read it everyday.
Subconscious mind you are the boss
You have to know what you want.
-Write out the definite plan/plans, maximum time, and what you will give. Make sure your plan is flexible to change. You may get something better.
Listen to hunches!
Make your purpose at a reasonable amount of time.Make your personal purpose private (People will slow you down!).
Conscious mind is jealous mind. It figures out what won't work. Useless trash.
Subconscious mind should be ordered to some work before bed.
Rep. Purpose in life and fruits you are meant to leave behind.
Greatest sin of mankind-neglect of using greatest asset.
Perfect harmony between you and mate
Budget money and time
Cannot criticize or talk about a person virtue.
When some say I am wasting my time: You keep abundance of faith and keeping faith as if it already happened.
If you think you will fail, you will.
Nature will move with definite of purpose.
